Refundpolicy

Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

Our return/refund/exchange policy lasts 5 days from the day of delivery. If 5 days have passed we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item must be unused,unwashed,unworn,in the same condition as you received it and it must be in the original packing. For any refunds or returns a receipt or proof of purchase is compulsory.

 

Refunds/Exchange

For any refunds to be applicable you have to first write us an email for the reason of refund/exchange and upon approval you can send us the item at an address we provide. Upon receiving the item we will inspect it thoroughly and notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund/exchange by Email. Please check your spam folder in case our mail goes to spam. We will not entertain any exchange/refunds if,upon approval of your return/exchange,we get the item after 5 days of approval.

We do not issue money transfer or cash refunds. You will get a credit in your account of the purchase amount(not including your or our courier charges in case of COD) or a one time use Discount coupon of the same amount. You can avail this credit within 1 month of it being issued.

Reasons when we may issue a refund/exchange.
All our items are of top quality and thoroughly inspected. In case there is a defect in the item for example misprint, damaged or defective item, we may issue a full refund/exchange.

If the item is lost in shipment you have to report it within 4 days of estimated delivery date. Upon investigation we may issue a full refund.

Reason when we will not issue a refund/exchange
We do not issue refund/exchange in case you ordered the wrong size. We have a size chart that mentions exact dimensions. Please refer to it before buying. In case your size matches the dimensions exactly we suggest buying the next size.

Any item you have purchased in sale or using refund/exchange coupon or credit will not be refunded/exchanged.

If you cancel the order and it has not yet been processed you may receive a refund-15% of the product cost. In case the product has already been printed and is ready to be shipped you will not get any refund.

Incorrect Address

If the address provided by you is incorrect and the item is returned to us we will not issue a refund/exchange. If any address correction is requested after the shipment has been initiated you will be charged Rs 100. The item will be reshipped after you give us a correct address.

Delivery Not Claimed

If the product is not delivered due to non-availability of the buyer and it goes unclaimed after subsequent attempts and the item is returned to us. In case you want the item to be redelivered you will be liable to pay cost of re delivery as well as the courier fee which was levied when the item was returned back to us.
